Surah Nahl Ayat 41 in Arabic Text وَٱلَّذِينَ هَاجَرُواْ فِي ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ظُلِمُواْ لَنُبَوِّئَنَّهُمۡ فِي ٱلدُّنۡيَا حَسَنَةٗۖ وَلَأَجۡرُ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَكۡبَرُۚ لَوۡ كَانُواْ يَعۡلَمُونَ
The following internal evidence shows that this Surah was revealed during the last Makkan stage of Prophethood: 41 clearly shows that persecution had forced some Muslims to emigrate to Habash before the revelation of this Surah. It is evident from v. 106 that at that time the persecution of the Muslims was at its height. Therefore a problem had Dan ketika Balqis datang, ditanyakanlah kepadanya, “Serupa inikah singgasanamu?” (An-Naml: 42) Ditampilkan ke hadapan Balqis singgasananya yang telah diubah dan yang telah dimodifikasi dengan sedikit penambahan dan pengurangan. Namun Ratu Balqis berakal cerdik dan teliti. Selain itu orangnya pandai, berwibawa dan tegas. Surat An-Nahl Ayat 126. وَإِنْ عَاقَبْتُمْ فَعَاقِبُوا بِمِثْلِ مَا عُوقِبْتُمْ بِهِ ۖ وَلَئِنْ صَبَرْتُمْ لَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لِلصَّابِرِينَ. Dan jika kamu memberikan balasan, maka balaslah dengan balasan yang sama dengan siksaan yang ditimpakan kepadamu. يَعۡلَمُونَ٤١. As for those who emigrated in ˹the cause of˺ Allah after being persecuted, We will surely bless them with a good home in this world. But the reward of the Hereafter is far better, if only they knew. 95. 98. 99. 100. 102. 103. The command of Allah is coming, so meaning. *1) That is, " The time for final `Judgment' has come near. " As regards the use of the past tense in the original, this may be to show certainty of its occurrence in the near future or to emphasize the fact that the rebellion and the wrong deeds of the Quraish had become so unbearable that they (16:41) As for those who have forsaken their homes for the sake of Allah after enduring persecution, We shall certainly grant them a good abode in this world; and surely the reward of the Hereafter is much greater. 37 If they could but know (what an excellent end awaits) (16:42) those who remain steadfast and put their trust in their Lord.
